Oscar Bridges

Nutrition Counsellor · Founder, Ate Shows A Week

Oscar Bridges is a qualified Nutrition Counsellor and professional musical theatre performer. Since graduating high school in 2023 he has worked consistently throughout the Australian musical theatre industry, and is currently on tour while building his business.

An Adelaide-born performer who has spent much of his adult life on the road, Oscar understands the unique challenges of cooking on tour while performing eight shows a week. Alongside a passion for food and cooking, that firsthand experience inspired Ate Shows A Week, a nutrition coaching service dedicated to helping performers and touring professionals eat, feel and perform their best.

Performers are athletes, and it matters to treat the body like one. With that in mind, Oscar works with people looking to improve gut health, energy, endurance, wellbeing, their relationship with food and routine, or simply the way they shop and cook on tour.

Cristina D'Agostino

Registered Counsellor (ACA) · Cr8 Counselling

Cristina is an accomplished performer, choreographer, creative associate and master's-qualified Registered Counsellor, whose work sits at the intersection of performance, creativity and wellbeing. With more than 20 years of professional experience across major commercial theatre productions in Australia and internationally, she brings a unique understanding of both the demands of the performing arts and the person behind the performer.

Cristina holds a Master of Counselling and is a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). Her counselling work is informed by an integrative approach, with particular interest in the experiences that often accompany a life in the arts, including performance anxiety, self-doubt, identity, resilience, rejection, transition and the pressures of working within a highly competitive and ever-changing industry.

Her extensive theatre career includes senior creative roles on SIX the Musical across multiple Australian productions, including Australian Associate Choreographer and Assistant to the Director, as well as Resident Choreographer on the Australian production of Shrek the Musical. As a performer, she is a Green Room Award winner for her portrayal of The Havana Girl in the Australian tour of Guys and Dolls, with further credits including Grease, Jersey Boys, Merrily We Roll Along, Matilda the Musical, Strictly Ballroom the Musical, Singin' in the Rain, The Addams Family, A Chorus Line, West Side Story and Jekyll & Hyde.

Her two professional worlds now inform one another, combining lived industry experience with professional counselling training to support not only the performer, but the whole person navigating a life in the arts.

ENT & Laryngology — Professional Voice

Paul Paddle

Associate Professor · ENT Surgeon & Laryngologist

Associate Professor Paul Paddle is a fellowship-trained ENT surgeon and laryngologist specialising in disorders of the voice, airway and swallowing. A musician before he was a surgeon, he holds AMusA diplomas in both viola and piano, Paul brings a performer's understanding to the professional voice, which he describes as the meeting point of his two great passions.

After graduating with honours and the Dux of Surgery from the University of Melbourne, he completed advanced ENT training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, followed by a Laryngology Fellowship at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston, one of the world's leading centres for voice care.

Paul is a consultant laryngologist at the Melbourne Voice Analysis Centre and founder and director of the Melbourne ENT Group. His practice spans vocal fold injuries and lesions, voice strain and fatigue, reflux, spasmodic dysphonia and airway disorders, with a particular focus on minimally invasive, in-office procedures that get performers back on stage sooner.

Vocal Coaching — Musical Direction & Estill Voice Training

Elliot Styche

Vocal Coach & Musical Director · Estill Master Trainer

Elliot Styche is a vocal coach and musical director based in Paddington, Sydney. Originally from the UK, he spent over a decade working in London and internationally before relocating to Australia in 2019.

His Musical Director credits include Mamma Mia! and We Will Rock You for Royal Caribbean, Salad Days at the Union Theatre and Bath Theatre Royal, and pantomimes for York Theatre Royal, where he was twice nominated for Outstanding Musical Director at the British Pantomime Awards.

Elliot has taught at some of London's most prestigious performing arts institutions, including Bird College Conservatoire for Dance and Musical Theatre, the Urdang Academy, the London School of Musical Theatre, SLP College and the BRIT School. He is an Estill Master Trainer with Estill Voice International. Now based in Sydney, he runs Elliot Styche Vocal Tuition from a private studio in Paddington, specialising in musical theatre vocal coaching for aspiring and professional performers.

Dr Rafael Teixeira

Chiropractor · Back Up Clinic, Potts Point

Dr Rafael Teixeira completed both his Bachelor and Master of Chiropractic Science at Macquarie University in Sydney and has been in clinical practice since graduating in 2016. He is a registered member of Chiropractic Australia and practises at Back Up Clinic in Potts Point.

Rafael has a particular interest in human movement, performance, and helping people understand how their bodies function. His approach extends beyond pain relief, focusing on restoring movement quality, improving body awareness, and empowering patients with the knowledge and strategies to actively participate in their recovery and long-term health.

He has extensive experience working with performers and understands the unique physical demands of rehearsal schedules, touring, and live performance. His goal is not only to help performers recover from injury, but to keep them performing at their best by optimising movement, building physical resilience, and preventing injuries before they occur.

A former professional swimmer with a lifelong passion for movement, strength training, calisthenics and yoga, Rafael appreciates the demands that high-performance activity places on the body. He believes treatment should be collaborative, combining hands-on care, education and movement strategies so performers understand their bodies and perform with confidence.

Physiotherapy — Dance & Vocal Performance

Grace Williams

Physiotherapist · Dance & Vocal Physiotherapy Specialist

Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2015. In 2018 she moved to the UK to follow her passion for providing exceptional physiotherapy care to performers, going on to work as physiotherapist for touring musical theatre companies, film, and shows on the West End.

She returned home to Brisbane in 2020, working with shows at QPAC and as the Academy Physiotherapist at Queensland Ballet. She is the current physiotherapist for Australasian Dance Collective.

Further training has enabled Grace to also work in the specialised area of vocal physiotherapy assessment and treatment, understanding the mechanics of the voice and neck in musical theatre performers, singers, public speakers and musicians.

Personally, Grace has trained in many styles of dance including ballet, jazz, contemporary, aerial and pole, completing exams in the RAD ballet syllabus up to Advanced 2 and holding a CSTD Jazz Teacher certificate. Alongside her experience treating professional performers, this gives her a close understanding of the demands of an artist and what's required to perform at an optimal level. Her approach to treatment is holistic, incorporating education, manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription and clinical Pilates.
